Wheelchair accessible vans are a safe route to take when there is a consumer that is wheelchair bound. Wheelchair accessible vans are easy to enter . They are built with a side ramp entry or a back-ramp entry. All rams slide down to the ground and the wheelchair can rolls up the ramp into the vehicle. Once inside the vehicle the consumer is then locked down by four built in straps to the grown of the van. The straps are attached to the chairs and locked in place. A seatbelt is then placed on the consumer and the lamp lets up. When getting out, the locks lift off the wheelchair and return to the floor of the van and seat belt come off, the ramp is then let down and the consumer is rolled out of the van.
